Please Note: Please be punctual as this appointment will last 4 hours or more. You may take a lunch break and breaks as needed during the examination. Please bring eyeglasses and / or hearing aids, if appropriate.

Parking: Paid parking is available on 14th Street, between Franklin and Webster at the Downtown Merchant’s Garage. Parking rate at Downtown Merchant’s Garage is $1.25 for every 30 min with a maximum of $11.00 for a whole day.

From San Francisco (approx. 12 miles)
Cross the San Francisco Bay Bridge. Merge onto I-80 E
Take the Interstate 580 E exit toward CA 24/Hayward/Stockton
continue onto I-580 East.
Take the exit toward Downtown Oakland
Merge onto I-980 W
Take 18th Street exit toward 14th Street

Turn left onto 14th St.
